Fabulous beach just across the road from Mangoes. A 2 minute walk will bring you here.
Relax in sun or shade in our large, beautiful garden.
Spend time at the pool - situated beach side it's also only 2 minutes walk away.
Entry is free.
Generous verandah - dine, relax, entertain - comfy seating for 11 people here.

Mangoes, formal dining room,  wrought iron arches allow a pleasant breeze
Smart kitchen, well equipped with appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc.
Master bedroom - this bed is 2 mtrs wide (78 inches).
Master bedroom dressing table & wardrobes. There's a big safe inside the wardrobe.
Master bathroom. An extra door cleverly placed in the corridor means this bathroom is now en-suite.
Queen/Twin - a large, comfy bed
Queen bedroom, dressing table, wardrobes and entrance to new en suite bathroom
En suite bathroom to the Queen/Twin bedroom.
Here we have the Queen/Twin room dressed for occupation by only one person
Triple bedroom, dressed as double plus single. Private bathroom.

Guests are unlikely to meet me as I'm stuck in the frozen climes of Northern England (sob!)
However, you will be welcomed by my lovely staff, shown around the house, how to use the equipment etc.

We stayed in Mangoes in November 2017. What lovely relaxing time we had close to all restaurants and bars in Holetown. Roomy 3 bed property surrounded by lovely well maintained gardens. Maid twice a week who really looked after us. We have booked again for April 2018 already. Need I say more.

About the neighbourhood
Sunset Crest, where Mangoes is situated is a lovely residential area right on the 'Platinum Coast' of Barbados . Most of the houses are quite large, detached properties (owned by respectable working people) with beautiful tropical gardens which all adds to the pleasant atmosphere of the area.
The Caribbean sea and our pool are situated just across the West Coast road, a mere 2 minutes walk away. The pool is privately owned by Sunset Crest property owners. It is maintained by the Beach House which provides restaurant, bar and facilities. Entry to the pool is free for local residents and renters and, as many locals are working people with busy lives to attend to and not much time to go swimming, this leaves it fairly under-used.

Getting around
An excellent bus service runs up and down the coast road regularly.
We always hire a car because, as owners, we need to reach furniture stores etc. Holiday makers don't need a car except for sight seeing purposes and some of my more adventurous guests tell me that they have traveled far and wide using only public buses!
There are no trains on the island of course, so all transport is by car, bus or taxi...... and boats of course .... always for fun though, there are no boats for transport (as far as I know!)

The easiest way to find Mangoes is to drive up the west coast road to Sunset Crest/Holetown area.
Turn right by Sandy Crest Medical Centre (also where the fruit sellers have their stalls on the left) and take the first road on the left, just after the fruit sellers and one house. This is Hibiscus Avenue.
Mangoes is the third house on the left hand side. We have double wrought iron gates and the right hand pillar bears a ceramic name plaque quoting Mangoes 94.
