Epidavros, Argolis Region, Peloponnese
A luxury apartment in Greece with its own large (12m x 6m) private pool and only 2 kilometres from the lovely historic port of Ancient Epidavros. We are close to beaches, amenities and all the ancient sites that this unique area of the Pelopennese has to offer. I do recommend a car to get around and be able to take advantage of your visit to this lovely area.
Ancient Epidavros is essentially a fishing and agricultural community; one that is always happy to welcome visitors. There are no holiday complexes noisy clubs or discos. There are however plenty of places to eat and there is traditional local life and colour including markets, theatre, music and dancing. This is most definitely 'real Greece' as you imagine it.
We are easily accessible from Athens airport - 160km; a 90 minute drive.

Hi Trish, it was a pleasure having you both although I didn't see that much of you. The amount of places that you visited was quite incredible. I think that in one week you saw as much of the Peloponnese as I have seen in...More

How to get there
Airport: Athens International Airport: 160.0 km
Railway: Korinthos (Corinth): 65.0 km
Generally people find it most convenient to fly into Athens and then hire a car for their holiday. This enables you to get around and visit places. Flights from the UK leave from Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Stanstead. The main carriers are Easyjet, British Airways, Aegean and Ryan Air meaning that there are flights from somewhere every day. If you do not want to have a car there is an hourly train service from the airport to Korinthos (1 change to make) I can arrange to pick you up from the station at Korinthos.
Other alternatives to consider are to get a ferry from Pireaus (the port of Athens) to Poros where I can get you picked up. Poros is only a 20 minute drive. This is a option if you plan to spend an overnight in Athens. Yet another way is to drive all or most of the way and s...
