It has a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! Outside: - A jacuzzi available all year round for up to 6 people. Minors under 16 years of age are not permitted. - A lovely 150 m² garden to the rear of the house, enclosed by a hedge and equipped with garden furniture. - A 60 m² terrace at the front of the house, equipped with garden furniture, a pergola and a barbecue. The property is located in a small, peaceful village, with a view over the fields behind the house, The location is ideal, as it is in the middle of many tourist routes. Nearby are Merlin's tomb, the Fountain of Youth and the Chêne des Hindrés on one side, the Château de Compère, the Chêne Guillotin and the Brocéliande forest house on the other, and the market town of Paimpont on the other. In the centre of Paimpont, you'll find a grocery shop, a bakery, a delicatessen, a butcher's and a tobacconist. For a supermarket, go to Plélan Le Grand. Nearby events : - In Paimpont there are events all year round, the biggest being during the summer season, such as the circus festival in June, which attracts 7/8 thousand people. We advise you to log on to the Paimpont Town Hall website for precise information. Transport : - If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. It is enclosed and secured by a gate. (4/5 cars). It is approximately 160 m² in size. - In the village of Paimpont is the Cahard bus stop, which can take you to the Rennes bus station. For more information connect to the site of the town hall of Plélan-Le-Grand which is the community of communes of Paimpont. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
