Tenuta San Giovanni is a private estate of approximately 16 hectares in the heart of Tuscany, between San Miniato and Montaione, built around an ancient castle of Medioeval origin. We permanently hosts an international community of residents who have found their own dimension living in contact with nature, sharing their experiences and expressing their artistic and cultural attitudes. The main building, Villa San Giovanni, a fully restored 1845 house, including bedrooms, spacious common areas, and a swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Cipresso has been created from an old barn and tastefully renovated. The villa is composed on the first floor, four bedrooms, one double, two with twin beds with possibility of becoming double and one with two single beds only. Two bathrooms, one with shower. On the ground floor, large kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, study room and a bathroom with shower. Its location allows you to easily reach the main art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena. About the neighbourhood
The historic center of the town is strategically located on a hill along the Arno River, halfway between Florence and Pisa, the city, until the final conquest of Florence, was then the scene of clashes between the two capitals today. Seat of the diocese, San Miniato is an important economic and industrial center of the area of the scalp and is famous for its white truffles.

From Milan or Rome: Take the A1 motorway, exit at Firenze-Signa, continue on the Fi-Pi-Li westbound highway department Pisa-Livorno. Exit at San Miniato. From the roundabout take the second exit towards San Miniato), then turn right on the SS 67 for about 1 km. Turn sharp left after the sign village Chain. Follow the signs for Armor / Montaione.
