Small farmhouse in an extraordinarily scenic location. Located in Valdarno, in front of the Chianti hills, between Florence and Arezzo is only half an hour from Siena. Due to its location, is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous tourist destinations in the region and in central Italy.
Inserted in a large estate of 60 hectares, is located on top of a hill in absolutely dominant position, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside until Chianti. The house, small, but very quiet and very intimate, is built on two levels, the lower level are the kitchen, dining area and a small bathroom (with a shower and a toilet), while upstairs there is the master bedroom. The accommodation has a beautiful meadow outdoor pergola for eating and relaxing moments. This lovely shaded pergola, provides the pleasure of using if this home in the summer, where you live much on the outside.
The feature of the place is the extraordinary nature, the breathtaking view that you can enjoy from the beautiful panoramic swimming pool located in a terraced olive trees.
The pool is shared with three other homes, but this has never been a problem, since the houses are used as a base for touring the region and, strange to say, it is almost always free and very little used.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété de Lucia ! La petite maison porte bien son nom de "nid" ! Hôte adorable, Lucia n'hésite pas à vous rendre service s'il vous manque qqchose ou si vous cherchez un restaurant dans le coin (nous avons adoré l'Osteria del Borro, à quelques km). Vue superbe et chambre (à l'étage) très agréable. La partie cuisine / salle d'eau est vraiment petite, donc repas en extérieur obligatoire ! Très joli domaine, auquel on accède en voiture uniquement par un chemin de terre escarpé de plusieurs minutes, l'occasion de croiser des animaux sauvages la nuit ou au petit matin, il se couvre d'oliviers, de cyprès magnifiques, et une lavande luxuriante agrémente le bord de la belle piscine. On la partage avec d'autres locataires, puisqu'à quelques mètres du "Nido", se trouvent deux autres maisons, apparemment pour 4 personnes chacune. Mais la "cohabitation" discrète s'est très bien passée. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir ! Grazie mille Lucia. Dorothée & M

Sensationeller Blick! Tolle entspannte, ruhige Lage. Allerdings nicht ohne Mietwagen machbar da recht weit außerhalb von Loro Ciuffenna und für das doch enge, wenn auch süße Häuschen zu teuer. Außerdem sollte man wissen, dass das "Bad" nur Dusche und WC hat, kein Waschbecken! Wifi ist zudem auch nicht verfügbar gewesen.
