Has potential but needs work.
Fantastic location and good size house. However improvements need making to cleaning, repairs and maintenance. Back garden isn't secure from the shared drive so not ideal for dogs or young children and lacks privacy. Repairs needed to numerous loose flags and hole in drive open to drains. House is generally tired and unkempt and in need of investment and attention to detail. The caretaker company at Grange Park were helpful and did what they could. Kitchen was well equipped and cooker was clean and the beds were comfy. Overall has potential to be a fantastic holiday home that would have been perfect for us to return year on year to see family on the East Coast but as it stands it wasn't value for money for us during peak season.
