You will stay in a newly listed 1 bedroom character property within the owners grounds.
Set within a quiet residential location yet being within a few minutes walk from the beach and resort centre of Sutton On Sea.
The property is newly refurbished, clean and contemporary but with a cosy feel!
Full gas central heating for those colder nights.
Accommodation comprises;
Open plan lounge / kitchen / diner light & airy but with character beams & vaulted ceiling. a full size electric oven plus 2 ring gas hob. Plenty of pots/pans & crockery for when you want to spend the odd night in.
Separate double bedroom with king size bed leading off, plenty of personal storage. Bed linen and towels provided.
A single folding guest bed is also provided for use in the living area for a 3rd guest over the age of 18 yrs.

Interaction with guests
This is your break and your space so we do not wish to impose unless there is a problem or you need advice. You will be met by myself Kate or co host Matt who will show you your accomodation and issue keys. Then it is yours for the stay but as living on site one of us will always be at hand between the hours of 8am - 8pm to help in any way if necessary.

Yes it is a shame that the bedroom opening window has to be on a restrictor and it is down to a planning regulation to provide privacy for neighbours behind and guests themselves given it is a bedroom. I hope that the fan is a...More

Second stay at Norton Lodge. Beautiful and spotlessly clean accommodation. Had everything we needed. Close to beach, pub/restaurant and shops. Even the weather was kind to us !! Friendly hosts. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Kate and Matt xxMore

About the neighbourhood
Local shops, Pubs Post office and Pharmacies including Grocery supermarket on the High Street. With easy access to the Blue Flag beach and sea just a few minutes walk away.
If you want a good breakfast there are cafes within walking distance, as are restaurants and Pubs..
Mablethorpe is just a 6 minute drive away - plenty of shops and attractions.
Yet within 16 miles say 35 minutes by car you have the resorts of Skegness in one direction, closer than that is Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards. Travel 16 miles inland to Louth and you have a bustling busy historic town with shops, pubs, an outdoor market and much more!
Venture slightly further to Horncastle with it's many antique shops.
Getting around
For the bird enthusiasts it is a short drive to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and for the furry seals - just a short 25 minute drive to Donna Nook near North Somercotes.

Railway: Skegness: 30.0 km
If coming by car then it is best to use sat nav. However there are train links from the Midlands to Skegness which is about 16 miles away, with good taxi services.
There is also a regular bus service to Sutton from Skegness.
