The villa covers an area of 80 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a bright, open space consisting of a living room, a dining table with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be used as an extra bed. Neutral colors of light tones dominate the space, and the combination of natural elements of wood and stone contribute to the charm. Casa Mavretići is surrounded by a garden of 400 m², which consists of an outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and no less than 3 lounge areas. Next to the pool there are 4 deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing, and right next to it, there is a covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. Along the side of the house there is another seating area with garden furniture. With so much space to relax and socialize, your stay at this villa will be truly unforgettable. Breakfast by the pool, barbecue lunch, candlelight dinner under the stars - you don't have to choose, you can do it all in this villa. An added bonus is the view of the endless greenery that surrounds the villa, which will provide a true retreat for both body and soul. All you have to do now is pack your bags, take your favorite book, invite your friends and head off to magical Istria. You will not be able to resist if we tell you that Livade is also called the home of the Istrian truffle, which you will be able to taste if you decide to spend your vacation here.
