The Hay Barn is set on a quiet road in open, arable farmland. It has an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen that are light and airy, giving a very upmarket feel.
There are three bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests. Upstairs the master bedroom is spacious and has generous wardrobe space, a full length mirror and a hairdryer. The en - suite has a bath with shower above
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one of which can be set up as a twin or king size.. They have full length mirrors, drawers, hanging space and en-suites with shower cuticles. Two additional guests can sleep on the double sized sofa bed. (Additional fee applicable for bedding, linen, towels.)

If we cannot meet you due to a late arrival or other circumstances, we will make arrangements for the keys. There is a booklet with information about the barn.

Weekend prices will be charged on Friday to Sunday.
Bank Holiday Mondays are weekend prices. Up to 1 child under 2 yrs at the time of the stay and using a travel cot are not included in the rental numbers.
Please request a free of charge travel cot and high chair at the time of booking. Guests must supply their own cot bedding.

Rental rates are inclusive of 20% VAT.

Up to two medium sized, well behaved dogs welcome. £6 per dog per day.

There is free wi-fi for emails and internet browsing.

A large basket of logs and kindling supplied for the log burner. Additional large bags of wood and kindling available at cost. (£8 winter 2018). Heating is through oil central heating and the log burning stove.
