The property is beautiful, it stays nice and cool during the hot days with Air-Con in each bedroom and has plenty of facilities. Having two bathrooms was also a major positive. The location is about 5 minutes from the Airport. The location was perfect and...More

About the neighbourhood
The area is a rural and agricultural area: cornfields, almond and fig trees ... with paths that hiking to nearby beaches Es Codolar, Sa Caleta, Cala Jondal ... the Phoenician settlement of Sa Caleta (UNESCO ) or make further cycling routes. So far and so close. A few minutes drive from restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife areas ... while peace and quiet. Also it should be noted that the house is close to the airport. Planes do not fly over the property as direction head to sea or to Playa d'en Bossa. But to be completely honest, outside of the house can sometimes hear planes are on track. Inside the house there is no noise problems.
Getting around
A 600 meters walk from a bus stop, 1200 to the bus line to Eivissa and 1500 of the taxi, our recommendation, always, is to rent a car. Not be tied to the frequency of bus or taxi prices. And enjoy all the hidden wonders of our island.
