Arenal d’en Castell is located on the northeast coast of the island. The resort offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance from the house. The beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear waters is a 5 minute walk away and is ideal for families with young children. Other north coast beaches (Binimelá, Cavallería, Playas de Fornells), south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) and the capital town Mahon, can all be reached within 20 minutes by car. This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining.
