This is a very well maintained and equipped property which has a large furnished terrace to eat or rest with table, chairs and a rolling sun blind (morning sun) with clear views onto La Pineda.
This bright apartment, on the fifth floor of the residence (with elevator), is ample with two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with bathtub, an independent equipped kitchen as well as a nice living room with direct way out to the furnished terrace thanks to picture windows.

If necessary, the linen (sheets and shower towels) can be provided to you as an optional service( 15€ per person), and you can rent a private parking spot in a residence next door (12 € per day), bothe to be confirmed with anticipation. A large free parking stands +/- 600 m from the residence.
It is part of a family residence with pretty swimming pools (adults and children), a garden with lawn and which stands next to an outdoor children playground and really close to the main fine sand beach of La Pineda, its maritime promenade and centre where you'll find all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, chemists...), and activities such as the Aquopolis water park, the Aquum Spa centre, etc....
In front of the residence, there is a supermarket Simply and, closeby, several restaurants, shops. bus stops ro reach the nearby seaside villages or shutlles to airports.
Only a few minutes drive from there you'll find Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital resort, with its famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks, its long maritime promenade wiith fountains, children playgrounds and shops of all kinds as well as many restaurants.
This apartment is recommended for holiday families with children of all ages, by the sea.

Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, limited to 7 days.

La Pineda is a family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which stands 100 kms South from Barcelona, 5 kms South from Tarragona and 2 kms North from Salou.
It extends along a large fine sand beach with a beautiful pedestrian maritime promenade (cycling tracks) which has been fitted out with children playgrounds, fountains, high pine trees and many shops.
This seaside resort is much appreciated by families from all over the world due to its wide offer in terms of activities for all ages: The famous Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show, a modern Spa and Thalassotherapy centre called Aquum, sports activities on the beach, golf course, many tapas bars and ice-cream makers, shops and playgrounds for kids, musical bars, chill-out bars, as well as the big Pacha nightclub.
Only 5 minutes from La Pineda, you'll find the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks.
