Gorgeous villa, fully equiped, airconditioned, with private pool, front line, fantastic view, 100m from the sea, 300m from the beach, located in the very cosy village of L'Ampolla. Eole y Mar is a gorgeous villa with private pool and garden, stone barbecue and just a short stroll of 250m to the beach “Arenal”. It has a fantastic view from the terrace over the sea and the National Park of the Ebro Delta. Being located 350m from the centre, it combines the peace of a quiet neighbourhood with being in the proximity of restaurants, terraces and the harbour of L’Ampolla. The total villa consists of the main house (ground & 1st floor) with a separate apartment in the basement. The main house and the apartment can be either connected or disconnected upon the preference of the guests. This makes the villa an ideal stay for either a large family of max 10 people or 2 smaller families. You enter the grounds through automatic gates where there is space for parking of two cars, extensive landscaped gardens on 2 levels, a front and side lawn, a spacious swimming pool (4x10m) and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The ground floor consists of a hall, a central dining room, a living room with a fire place, a kitchen, a master bedroom with a connecting bathroom and a garage. The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment downstairs can accommodate 4-6 people and consists of a spacious living room (9x4m) with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Further it has a separate entry via the side garden on the lower level. L’Ampolla is a lively fishing village and has long been famous for in Catalunya for its sea-food and restaurants, most of which overlook the lovely harbour. The village is located at a bay which is naturally created by the Ebro flowing into the Mediterranean Sea for over thousands of years. The Delta is a natural heritage site protected by UNESCO and known for its huge variety of birdlife. Within half an hour by car there is the famous theme Park of Port Aventura or the equally impressive Aquapolis with its amazing dolphin show. And if you would like to do an excursion to a large town or city for the day, there is the town of Tortosa at 20 minutes, the big Roman city of Tarragona at 40 minutes or the cultural metropolis of Barcelona at just an hour and a half away. In other words, whether it is to relax by the pool or at the beach or to be super active, this is a holiday location that has something for everyone.
