Tenants wished: families with o without children Two storey villa with a private garden in a beautiful residence with community green zone and swimming pool, close to the pretty creeks of Las Tres Calas in Ametlla de Mar, famous for their beauty and quietness. Bright and functional, this house is spread out on two levels with, on the ground floor, a double bedroom, an independent toilet, an open-plan kitchen leading to the living room and, on the first floor, two additional double bedrooms. One of them has double bed and balcony with view onto the garden and the swimming pool, the other one has 2 single beds. This floor contains also a complete bathroom with bathtub and a rooftop solarium terrace with 2 deckchairs to rest in this so sunny place. This floor contains also a complete bathroom with bathtub and a rooftop solarium terrace with 2 deckchairs to rest in this so sunny place. Outside the living room and kitchen, thanks to a picture window there is an access to the beautiful furnished terrace with a table, chairs, a wooden pergola and a rolling sun blind offering an outdoor dining area, shadowy, with views to the 50 sqm private garden of the house. There is a stone barbecue available in the garden made of lawn, flowers, little trees, and from where you have a direct private and secure (little gate you can lock) exit to the residence's community area where stands the swimming pool. Comfortable and well equipped villa with household appliances, new mattresses and bed bases, a double sofa-bed, storage closets, 2 sun beds, mosquitoes net on the windows, etc... the rental includes air conditioning, unlimited Wifi connection and linen (sheets and shower towels). This property does not include any parking spot although it is really easy to park in the dead-end street which goes all along the residence. From both the villa and its private garden, you have an overall view onto the residence's green zone which is prettily maintained. This is a quiet family residence , very well maintained which counts with 20 semi-detached villas, and has a vast green area with lawn, flowers, olive-trees, palm-trees as well as a pretty swimming pool and a community barbecue. It stands in a quiet and family residential area of Las Tres Calas, appreciated by the families for its quietness, surrounded by olive-tree fields, and allows quick access to the beautiful fine sand and crystal-clear waters beaches and creeks, using a coastal road going over the national. All the beaches of Las Tres Calas have free park spots and some of them are fitted out with showers and beach bars. +/- 100 meters from there, stands a big bar-restaurant called 'Bambalina' with sports tracks and children playground and, at the entrance of the housing scheme, a little shopping centre with restaurant, bar, little supermarket... 4 Kms and with easy access, the village of Ametlla de Mar offers a fishing port, a nautical port and a city centre for all kind a purchase like the municipal market, the fish-market of barge, supermarkets,... . moreover, lots of little bars with tapas, restaurants of renowned quality stand along the maritime promenade and the old port. Thanks to the main roads connecting all the Coast, you also have quick access to the main neighbor seaside resorts as well as to the many tourist activities available in the area. This property is recommended for families looking for relax and comfort as well as for the closeness to beautiful beaches. Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16 limited to 7 nights. Touristic license: HUTT-000284. « Las Tres Calas » is a holiday residential area to be found 140 Kms South from Barcelona, 12 Kms from Miami Playa and +/- 4 Kms from the centre and the fishing port of Ametlla de Mar. « Las Tres Calas » mainly composed of villas, has a little shopping centre with supermarket, shops and restaurants but mostly offers a beautiful hiking trail to discover the unsuspected beauty of its beaches and creeks. These beaches are easily accessible by car. Some of them are fitted out with showers and little bars restaurants in the sand but all of them have free park spots. Beside, stands Ametlla de Mar, a fishing village where you will find all kind af comodities, many traditional gastronomy restaurants, a fisching port with its fishing barge as well as a pretty maritime promenade along the beaches of this seaside resort. Also close to Las Tres Calas, stands Calafat, another quiet residential area with more than 2 Kms coast bordered by sublime rock and fine sand beaches (one of them Playa d'Almadrava) with crystalline waters to practice all water sports, scuba diving and fishing. Calafat offers services to holidaymakers such as its nautical port, its maritime promenade in front of Playa d'Almadrava. This peaceful and family tourist region, more preserved, is famous for the great beauty of its beaches and creeks where high pine trees are reflected in their crystal turquoise waters. 40 Kms from there with easy access by expressway stands Salou, Costa Dorada's tourist capital resor Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: HUTT-000284More
