The 6 independent accommodations are located 4 in the hayloft and 2, together with the reception, in the main Villa. Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts, air conditioning, WI-FI internet connection, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, and offers a unique view over the hills of Tuscany. Two of the apartments are completely on the ground floor, while the other four are on two levels. Here you can enjoy a unique holiday in a farmhouse in Tuscany surrounded by nature but also within few kilometres from the town centre to take advantage of all the amenities. ACCOMMODATION: The apartment "Il Pollaio" is the smallest apartment of the property. It is situated entirely on the ground floor of the house in the central building. Il Pollaio apartment has a lovely view of the swimming pool. It has a private cover patio with table and chairs and barbecue at guest disposal. It is made of an equipped kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom with shower. Warm yellow shades of sunflowers and corn of the fields of Tuscany, decorate the upholstery and accessories of this holiday apartment, resulting in an extremely sunny environment. A quiet accommodation, this apartment hosts two people in the utmost privacy, and is ideal for a peaceful and romantic vacation, or as a starting point for excursions and visits to the Chianti area, for a stay in Tuscany to remember. The apartment is fully air conditioning, it has mosquito screen, internet free wireless access, and tv satellite. GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL: The garden has a carefully maintained well tended lawn with olive groves, flower bushes and rosemary. The swimming pool (8 x 16 meters) is equipped with sun umbrellas, chairs, sun lounges and sun beds. Each apartment has a covered terrace perfectly organized to have dinner outdoor. Some apartments also have a private terrace. The property offers the parking place within its grounds.
