The space of the kiosk: contemplates the barbecue and has excellent structure: bar, 11 male and female toilets, surround sound, countertop, sink, granite benches to sit, tables and chairs, horizontal refrigerator, 4 burner stove and 2 burners and deep fryer. The differential is the new professional kitchen that can serve up to 500 people at events. The property's internal area has parking for more than 50 vehicles and storage space for dozens of boats. Guests will enjoy during the holidays with beautiful views, exclusive beaches, diving options, island hopping, fishing, nature walks, waterfall, water skiing. We suggest and guide guests to rent boats such as speedboats, sloops, jet skiing, kayaks near the residence. We provide and encourage vehicle type van for getting around or out of Mangalore and tours to Rio de Janeiro or Angra dos Reis. The residence offers comfort, 9 suites with Gourmet Space and 07 rooms, all with Split air conditioning, minibar, safe, 32 inch LCD TV with SKY channels, wireless internet, all decorated, carpets and marble bathroom. We have the Bride Suite in which we offer fruit basket, chocolates, champagne and bathrobe. The social environment is broad: it has room with 4 environments, finely decorated (paintings, tapestries, sconces and period furniture) space with 51-inch TV, DVD, Karaoke, sound; dining room, balcony with several networks. To the luxurious toilet door, spacious, all decorated and built in marble. Equipped kitchen and pantry, it has complete structure of utilities. It has large pantry, separate laundry room of the body of the main house. It offers 2 pool tables, ping pong and foosball and Kiosk with Barbecue of 60 m². We offer guests a large laundry with two washing machines of 12 liters each, ironing board and electric iron. On the ground below, near the sea there is plenty of space to fish and enjoy the sea turtles. Alongside this space, there is a small beach and access to another beach, with many rocks that make the containment of the sea, home to numerous fish, fishermen fun. We provide: maid, gardener / swimming pool builder. We recommend cook and restaurant to serve food at home (breakfast, lunch and dinner), The new feature is the new 70 m² oceanfront corporate event space with bar structure, refrigerator, and a wet sauna for up to 15 people, with toilet. RESTRICTIONS: Nail nails on the walls of the property and ride a bicycle within the internal area of the residence and in the spaces of the balconies.
