As your hosts we are very willing and happy to help with all aspects of your vacation planning. We will be there to greet you when you arrive and will personally introduce you to your apartment and provide a good base of information to begin your vacation. As we live on site we are available throughout your stay and can offer advice and activity suggestions, or just a friendly face and a chat! Prices are calculated per Apartment and Night based upon standard occupancy of up to 2 people. Prices include the cost of heating, linen and towels. Additional guests up to maximum occupancy of 5 people are charged at a nominal fee of 4,00 Euro pp/pn.

End Cleaning and Tourist Tax are additional charges:-

Tourist Tax is charged at a rate of 1,50 Euro per person and night but only payable for those of 15 Years of age and older.

About the neighbourhood
Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria.  The location ensures a peaceful stay with a feeling of being away from it all, yet the position is close enough to all the amenities that a car is not necessary. Within 10 minutes walk the town centre of St Michael offers numerous wonderful Cafes, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shops.

The accommodation is also very well positioned for easy access to 4 sizeable Ski Areas, a large network of Mountain Bike Trails and Cycle Routes, numerous Hiking and Walking paths, Swimming Pools, Golf, Sight Seeing Attractions - everything you could want from a holiday.

The wonderful Lungau Valley provides the perfect place for vacation
Getting around
The Lungau is very easy to navigate by all modes of transport. For convenience we recommend travelling by car. The valley is supportive with good parking places and decent roads. The A10 is the main motorway route out of the valley and connects the Lungau easily to the rest of Austria. If you would prefer not to travel by car, the public transport system in Austria is very reliable. Bus and train connections are available from all of the major airports and cities. Routes vary according to season. Within the valley you can expect more specific routes including specialised season plans such a free ski bus during the winter months.

Haus Bellevue can be found on the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau Holiday Region of Austria. The accommodation is easy to reach just a short drive from the A10 Autobahn, 100km and about 1 ½ hours drive from Salzburg city. The town of St Michael is easy to reach from all directions. Salzburg is the most popular airport, but Klagenfurt is a similar distance away and a very good alternative. Further afield Munich airport is worth looking at, roughly 3 ½ hours drive but often offering a greater choice of flights. A car is recommended for both ease of travel and navigating the large valley.
