This apartment is meticulously equipped, ensuring an uninterrupted and luxurious stay, complete with an ample provision of toilet paper, toiletries, garbage bags, and dishwasher tablets. Embrace the pinnacle of comfort and convenience at every turn! Complimentary mid-stay linen change for stays of 9 days or longer. Porta-cot available on request (please bring own linen). A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1 which will eventually block some of the view, however, even after construction is finished, the ocean views from the apartment will still be spectacular. As at early 1st August 2024, the building is at the 25th floor. Important: Due to the number of people booking under false names, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking. A booking is not finalised until this is completed. No pets, parties or events. No Schoolies. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
