No pets, parties or events. No Schoolies. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday. No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony. No parties or events. No Schoolies. A copy of your Government identification must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking. No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests
