This modern villa is set in a relaxing location with beautiful mountain views and a short walk to the beach. The villa is well equipped with all the comforts from home. It has a large garden which has been beautifully planted surrounded by a volcanic wall. It has a large rectangular swimming pool (7x3) with steps. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD player and playstation unit. Bedroom 3 has a single bed , it also has fitted wardrobes. There is also another room off the dining room with bunk beds for children if required. The lounge has patio doors opening onto the terrace where you have an alfresco dining area, seating for 6. About the neighbourhood
Playa Blanca has an excellent selection of bars and restaurants located on the seafront and around the old harbour. There is also a pedestrianized town with many shops. There are 3 beaches in Playa Blanca. Playa Flamingo is to the right of the harbour with a sandy beach. A small beach in the main town and Playa Dorada is the closest to our villa, just a 15 - 20 minute walk. It runs for about half a mile with soft sand and clear blue waters ideal for snorkeling. You can also hire jet skis and go on the banana boat from there. From Playa Blanca you can walk along the beautiful seafront promenade which leads you to the new International Marina Rubicon with stylish shops/bars & bowling alley.
