We have just returned from our second visit here, it is perfect in every way.
We have been island hopping in the Cyclades for 25 years and in that time stayed in a huge variety of places. Parikias Seaside House is without doubt the best accommodation we have enjoyed in all those years.
Paros is beautiful and the location is simply perfect. There can be no better place to enjoy perfect sunsets with the Blue Star ferry timing its arrival perfectly to compose your photo.
Whilst it is central to all the restaurants and the sea front, noise is not a problem and the apartment is wonderfully spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. The WiFi is good.
It is a wonderful place to stay, we have just enjoyed 11 nights here.
Livadia beach is now much improved with nice sun beds and a short walk away and restaurants are on your doorstep. The bus stop and ferry port are 5 minutes away, so arrival and departure are so easy.
On this occasion we flew with Sky Express from Athens and Filipposs arranged a taxi for us.
You simply will not find a nicer or more convenient place on Paros.

Best sunset balcony overlooking water.
Great location close to everything including easy walk to Ferry Port and Beach. Spotlessly clean, great amenities and communication. Would highly recommend and return. Restaurant downstairs a must try. Sunset on balcony overlooking water fantastic.

Nice, clean, perfect location
A very well taken care of house,clean and cosy, in the centre of the city. Everything you may look for is accessible by foot. Warm and helpful people! Worth to mention that through the Covid period we felt secure on our vacation!

Amazing place!
Best balcony in the world for a sunset lover. The place is cosy, renovated, AC in all house, sparkling clean and staff that took care of the rental was simply amazing.
This place has a home feeling to it and it was a spectacular stay, can’t wait to get back.

Amazing place to stay
We have been in Parikia's Seaside House for a month. The house is even better than what you see on the pictures, its super clean, modern and bright. Everything you may need is provided in the house + all supermarkets and shops are within a short walking distance. The house is sea front and you can enjoy an amazing sunset while sitting in your balcony. The beach is just a few steps away and the nicest one to go its around 15 min by foot. For sure I would recommend to everyone.
