Deep Blue Villa is a luxury 4 en-suite bedroom house, fully air-conditioned, located in Playia. It is a peaceful luxury villa in the northern side of Parikia. The property is approximately 700 meters from the beach, 2,2 km from Paroikia and Naousa 10 km away. The panoramic view of the Aegean sea offers our visitors the unique experience while they relax to our luxurious lounge area. Our private 100% chlorine-free pool also prodives to our guest relaxing moments looking up the stunning view.
Our property consist of the Main House and 1 Guest House. The Main House has 2 levels. In the Ground floor there is a living room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and 1 guest bathroom. The Lower floor consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en suite). The Lower floor consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en suite). In the Lower floor there is also 1 independent Guest House with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms of the Guest House have 2 choises as they have 3 doors, 1 private entance for each bedroom from outside and one inside which connect the 2 bedrooms. So the bedrooms can be private as each one has its private entrance from outside and can keep the inside door locked or our guests can also use the inside door if they want to have connection the 2 bedrooms.
Deep Blue Villa is recommended for luxury relaxing vacation but also for someone who want to be close to the restaurants and bars.

Our stay at the Deep Blue Villa was great. The location is very good and the house is well equipped. The view from the pool and on the terrace is amazing. Our host Nikos was more than helpful and did everything to make us feel great. Thank you very much! We would definitely recommend this villa and stay there again.

Amazing villa in a great location!
The villa was beyond expectations - beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had every amenity you could ask for (other than toiletries, which I only mention so people know to bring their own). Nikos and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly and helped to make our vacation the best ever!

A memorable, relaxing stay with a fantastic view!
Our group of five had an incredible stay in Paros. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The view is stunning! Having a meal overlooking the harbour area was relaxing and memorable. The pool is well maintained, pool chairs were very comfortable. Check in and check out was arranged very well. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived in Paros. Our host did an amazing job making sure everything was meeting our expectations during our stay and was quick to answer any questions. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Better than we thought in every way!
When we arrived we were picked up at the port by Nikos. He was so nice and friendly. We liked him immediately. When we arrive to the house. We were amazed. It was fabulous. The house was perfectly clean, the view was unbelievable and the pool so appealing. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and 1 powder room. Niko had provide us with food to start our vacation without going to the grocery store: milk juice cheese bread fruits etc.. We were so happy. He gave us all the instruction for the house and Paros in general. We had a wonderful time and appreciate every moment of it. We had a problem with the water debit and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Nikos drove us back to the port when we left. Extraordinary experience that we will recommend to all our friends.

A beautiful villa with a great view and setting
The only thing about our visit that wasn’t perfect was the length — we wish we could have stayed longer. We had only two nights because of a ferry cancellation, and enjoyed every moment. The villa was beautifully appointed, spotless and elegant, the refrigerator stocked with goodies, juices and wine, the linens and towels were of excellent quality and the maid and pool service were appreciated. Nikos and his assistant met us at the ferry, and helped us with car pickup and our airport departure, along with restaurant recommendations, other tips and guidance and quick responses when we had questions. Paros offered everything we wanted, from the easy walk to the village for exploring, shopping and meals, the amazing views of the harbor and the blue-green Aegean, the day trips to Naoussa, Lefkes and elsewhere. We didn’t make it to Antiparos but had to leave something for next time.

Luxurious villa offering everything you need and much more!
You would not make a mistake renting Villa Deep Blue in Parikia. Staying there was the highlight of our holiday. It is spotlessly clean, the view is spectacular, it has all the amenities you could wish for and is serviced daily. The outdoor living area at the swimming pool is fantastic (with a bar fridge, pool loungers, etc), has a wonderful big barbecue area and is protected well from the prevailing northerly wind. The beds are comfortable, the linen crisp, the towels luxurious and the furnishings are modern and practical. Nikos was a wonderful host who bent over backwards for us, organizing transfers and last minute car hire. We could not have asked for anything more and would definitely stay in Villa Deep Blue again without hesitation.
