With the Sierra de Guadarrama as a backdrop, Pedraza breathes history of several centuries and is fortunate to be considered the best preserved medieval village not only in Segovia or Castilla y León, but also in Spain. Pedraza promises you a trip back in time with its scenario of emblazoned houses, arcaded square, Romanesque church and even its own castle in which there were even royal blood inmates, Pedraza transports you several centuries and never disappoints. Just over an hour and a half drive from Madrid, Pedraza offers a walk through time where, of course there is much to see, but above all to feel and taste.
