The house is the last one on a path, which leads you straight into the dunes and to the sea.
The Space
The house is located in the outskirts of a small village called Hatainville, approximately 2 km from Barneville Carteret. The other residences on the path are located away from the house, which makes the location unique: It`s surrounded by a meadow, a couple of beautiful horses and lots of wild rabbits.
A small path leads you directly into the dunes, and after a few hundred meters you find yourself at an extraordinary viewpoint (80 m above sea level), overlooking the sea and the wild dunes that stretches as far as 16 km. from South to North. It’s a protected natural area and therefor completely wild, without any man made constructions.
