We have a large (0.6 acre) city lot and a duplex (guesthouse) is located on the lower half of it. The guesthouse is private with its own lawn and own parking.
The guesthouse is brand new. We bought this property in the summer of 2017 and took the guesthouse down to the studs. It's beautiful with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and brand new furniture!
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to be cooked in.
Linens are provided.
We are in a beautiful, classic neighborhood! You can walk to just about anything! Downtown is roughly 10 minutes away. Walk to the wineries! No need to argue about who is going to drive home!
We live in the old, 1912 Craftsman house on-site.

About the neighbourhood
We live in a classic, historical area of Walla Walla. Most homes were built in the early 1900's. Tree lined streets with nice side walks are all around us. If you get the chance while visiting, I highly suggest you go for a walk down Catherine and Palouse Streets, which are the original streets in Walla Walla (one to two blocks from our house).
You can walk to just about everything in town from our house (Whitman College, Pioneer Park, Downtown - Wineries, Coffee Shops, Pharmacy, Book Store, Toy Store, Retail, etc)
You will need a car if you are planning on going to the wineries that are located on the perimeter of town.
There are taxis in the area and we have seen Uber and Lyft cars around.
There is a bus service all around town.
Car not needed
How to get there
Airport: Walla Walla Regional Airport: 6.3 km
