It is within walking distance to Nob Hill, the casino, Walmart, Walgreens, many bars and restaurants, and the Rapid Ride that will take you to the Rail Runner and on to Santa Fe. It's only 15 minutes from the airport and 2 miles from I-40/I-25 freeways.

This lovely home had all we needed for our stay in Albuquerque. It is so comfortably efficient. Enjoyed enclosed gazebo in back yard. Clean and well appointed. Close to everything we needed. Beautiful home. Highly recommended.

This beautiful home is in the hub of Albuquerque. Nestled near nostalgic Nob Hill and the Downs Casino and Racetrack. All the sites and places to see are within 15 minutes. Whether you want to ski at the beautiful Sandia mountains or go shopping in the swank Uptown shopping center or dining and drinking downtown. You can walk to Sprouts to shop for a fabulous dinner at home or walk to the many restaurants at Nob Hill. The Rapid Pide bus around the corner will take you to the zoo, the BioPark or even to the RailRunner train to go to enchanting Santa Fe. There is so much to do and so much convenience to numerous to list here. That's why I provide you with all the amenities including an iMac computer to surf the web and plan your day.

From the airport bear right on Yale Blvd and take a right (east) on Gibson Blvd. go about 2 miles to San Mateo and take a left. Go another 2 mile to Copper Ave ( just past Central Ave). Take a left on Copper and then take a right on Manzano (2nd street on right. The house is the first house on the right.

From I-40 take the San Mateo Blvd exit and go south. Copper Ave is 2 miles south. Then take a right on Copper to Manzano (take right). The house is the first on the right.
