This exclusive comfortable holiday house of 215 m2 with a private pool set in a 950 m2 tropical garden is located on a gentle slope covered with lush green palm trees and overlooks the beautiful seawater lagoon Guarairas. The paradise white sandy beaches of Tibau do Sul, Praia do Madeiro, and Praia da Pipa are very close and easy to reach. The villa is very spacious and carefully decorated with colonial-style furniture. All parts of the house have Internet access. The hall, kitchen, and living form a large open space. Vitreous doors of the living are open to the porch and the swimming pool. The porch has dining furniture and sofas. On the ground floor, the house has 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning.
