Villa Alta Vista is a recently renovated property located in a commanding position within the Monte Pego urbanisation, a mountainside development of luxury villas just ten minutes by car from the seaside town and regional gourmet capital of Denia. The villa enjoys stunning views across the mountains, sea and the Marjal Wetlands natural park. The sunsets have to be seen to be believed! The AP7 motorway is just a few minutes drive away making the journey time to both Alicante and Valencia International Airports just an hour and ten minutes. The owners accommodation is tucked away in the annexe beneath the property, so we will only ever be a stone’s throw away should you need our assistance. We are happy to provide an extra daily/midweek/weekly cleaning service should you require it at an extra cost. Villa Alta Vista serves as a fantastic base for exploring the Marina Alta region. Some of the jewels of the Costa Blanca including Javea, Moraira and Denia are just a short drive away, offering visitors an array of attractions and activities.
