We are old Montenegrin family and we have few our rental units. We speak English, Italian, Russian, German and group of ex Yugoslav language. Our all units are near beach, activities and local transport points (bus, train and taxi station) and near main Montenegrin sea port Bar, either not far from City Center and Old town Bar. All apartments are fully furnished, has all needed dishes for food preparing, own equipped kitchen, in bedrooms there are bed linens and towels in bathrooms, and car parking and well connection WiFi are free.

This Studio apartment situated in Susanj, famous resort in Bar riviera, between Sutomore and City center Bar, on ground floor with own furnited garden place and grill, small kitchen and bathroom with shower and Queen bed. Apartment has own entrance, WiFi, air conditioner, free car parking next to property. On just 150m you can find market, on 400m there are post office, restaurants, promenade, boutiques and beach. Bus stop is on 450m.

Area where are situated studio is so quiet , but so near to each and activities.Also quickly you can get all needed transport to city Bar, area and region. Bar is the last train station from Belgrade, very good connected with neighbour contries: Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Albania and Italy.

On way from Sutomore to Bar after board WELCOME TO BAR (on right side) take a look restaurant BB on your left side after 300 m. After Restaurant BB take first left up till railway ramp. Go accros the ramp and take first right next to railway. On 200m you would see our board where is written WELCOME!
