This lovely 2-bedroom penthouse is ideal for a romantic getaway, whether it is for newlywed honeymooners, couples with children, or older couples who would prefer to relax on the terrace enjoying the Maltese climate and watching the fishermen coming in with their traditional Maltese boats called luzzu. It is located on the seafront of St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace is enchanting!
This brand new, modern, 5th-floor penthouse is fully equipped furnished and also has air-conditioned. It has two bedrooms an en-suite shower and a spacious kitchen/living/dining room leading to a seafront terrace overlooking the bay.
Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge.

IMPORTANT: This property will not accommodate "Lost & Found" Party goers, hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
On arrival, it is payable the Environmental TAX of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of €5,00 per person per stay).
In the weekly price, utilities are included with a sufficient limit as detailed in the Apartment Overview.
On arrival, we require a damage deposit of €150. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of €50 per person.

Pleasant stay at St. Paul's Bay
We felt at home and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by terrace and two balconies. The host responded to our questions quickly and competently - sometimes even with a helpful video

St. Pauls Penthouse
Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer Tochter bei Neville. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten 2 schöne Schlafzimmer und eine vollständige Küche. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit dem Mietwagen da, Parkplätze sind reichlich vor dem Haus. Neville war immer gut zu erreichen, wenn es eine Frage gab. Aber auch ohne Auto wäre es kein Problem gewesen, es ist alles gut angebunden. Also rundum schön.

Excellent location and spotlessly clean
Booked this apartment through Ruth the manager as part of a two week stay for business in Malta.
Ruth was more than helpful and accommodating to meet all of my needs.The service from both her and her agents was excellent.
The apartment was very well equipped if you wished to cook for yourself or there are numerous restaurants within a 5 minute walk if like me you don't. Everything was supplied that you would need for a stay here.There is a Mini-supermarket a short walk away and great transport links to Valletta if needed.
Views from the balcony were stunning in both the morning and evening.
All in all very happy with both apartment and service from Ruth, highly recommended.

The perfect accomodation
Everything was perfect, since we got off the plane until we stepped back on it.
Salvatore was there when we arrived and he was super kind and explained us everything. We stayed at the fifth floor (with elevator) and the view from the balcony was amazing. The neighborhood is silent and respectful.
We strictly recommend to everybody to stay there.
For any tip we contacted Salvatore and he was very helpful to choose the right places to visit. (Ex. Where to rent a car etc.)

Great apartment in Malta
Very central location. Lively without disturbance. Reaching every sandy beach by bus in about 15 minutes.
Places to eat, drink and shops are within a 10 min walk.
Clean and well serviced. Magnificent bay-view from the balcony.
We stayed in a 4-bed apartment. The apartment is big enough and with excellent room facilities. It got all we need to prepare simple breakfast/dinner.
Certainly I would use them again.

Nous disposons de notre propre personnel de maintenance, avec des fourgonnettes et des magasins remplis de pièces de rechange, de nos propres nettoyeurs dédiés, de nos représentants / hôtes accueillants et de notre personnel chargé du travail qui est ouvert 9 heures par jour 7 jours par semaine.
Nous fournissons également des numéros d'urgence 2, 24/7 pour vous assister pendant votre séjour en cas d'urgence. Nous louons également des appartements de vacances depuis 1981 et savons ce dont les différents types de touristes ont besoin. Ainsi, nous choisissons les meilleurs emplacements et construisons et fournissons les meilleurs appartements pour leurs besoins!

Fantastic stay and Appartment
U stay in these Appartments all the time they are extremely comfortable and have everything you need including internet, sky to and a fantastic balcony with even better view.
I come all the time to Malta stayed in many places but For the ladt 3 years I haven't stayed anywhere else and it will stay that way.
Absolutely first class!

Appartamento con vista spetacolare
Ottimo e da consigliare. Appartamento nuovo e moderno. Vicino a i punti di interesse del isola. Le spiagge più belle sono a pochi minuti. Terrazza bellissima atrezzata con bbq. Ideale per rilassarsi e prendere in po di sole o bere un po di vino guardando il mare. Anche per il parcheggio nessun problema, sotto l appartamento e gratis.

Beautiful, quite and wonderful view
It was a beautiful Apartment with a wonderful view from the balkony.
The Region is very quite. So you can sleep very good.
But the only Thing we would like to have there, are some nice bars and Café, thats what we missed.
But the Manager of this Apartments is very kindly and told us some nice tip!! thank you for that, this help us very well.
If we recommend Malta to friends and so, we would recommend this Manager but if possible in another Region. There is a minimarkt very near of this Apartment. The busstations are very good and very near of this Apartment! that was very good.
So, we will come again to Malta and stay in another Apartment of this Manager!

About the neighbourhood
Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront.
The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘Cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment.
Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha.
Getting around
If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of travelling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available.

How to get there
We can easily book you an airport transfer at a small charge so that you arrive at the apartment with no stress.
Our taxi driver knows exactly where the apartment is and he will wait for you at the airport arrivals lounge with your name on a sign. From the moment you land to the moment you arrive at the apartment will take about an hour.
However, if you are hiring a car instead or coming with a public bus then call us before leaving the airport so we can plan when to wait for you at the apartment on time.
