This is an apartment on the second floor that has a fabulous terrace of about 75 square meters, ideal for those seeking privacy but with a fantastic view of the marina. The property can accommodate up to 6 people. Furnished with style and typical Sardinian handicraft furniture. It has a living room with a TV area, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), 2 bathrooms (one with direct access from the master bedroom).
