Needs to be modernized. Owner needs to include all the necessary information to access the wifi. It was very annoying to have to go to McDonalds to use their wi-fi.

Really good parking. We were going to the off road...
Really good parking. We were going to the off road park so we had 2 trucks and trailers plus a car and had plenty of room. 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths made life easy. Nice older home with plenty of room.

There were six of us ranging from 49-2 and plenty of parking as we pulled up and I noticed some of the reviews left out that this property was completely remodeled on the inside, and there were several channels which I read that some guests stated that there was was only one channel but if you knew what you were doing, there were plenty of channels to choose from. There were two king size beds, a queen bed, and two twin beds per room so we had plenty of space in this house. My grandchildren enjoyed the huge yard to play in and we sit in the swing on the front porch as well as a picnic table in the yard and had plenty of space in the whole house to move around and I loved the huge dining table to hold all of us and the host, gave me all of the information a week ahead of time and stayed in touch with me before we arrived to let me know if we had any issues to let him know and gave me two phone numbers to get a hold of him in case I needed them. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed having our own bathroom in each bedroom as well as the half bathroom downstairs. We really enjoyed our 4 day stay! Thank you, Stacy G.

With the exception of the grass needing to be cut, and a few kitchen/bathroom supplies that should have already been in the house, the overall stay was great. Great location, easy access to downtown Hot Springs.

This property is a very nice size with a large yar...
This property is a very nice size with a large yard that would be very nice for a group of people or family to meet and stay in one place. It is especially nice that there are three and a half bathrooms. Note there are only showers no bathtubs. Also be aware that there are no closets and no drawer space, however, there are some hanging racks. When I originally rented this property, three other couples were planning to go. Unfortunately, they all canceled for various reasons and I had two other family emergencies added to the mix that week. I asked a few days before the book date if I could get a refund, no one responded but I did find on the website that it was not possible for me to get a refund so near to the booked date.. So I rearranged some things and made it to where I could go. When I got there, upon entering, I realized that the Linens had not been changed on the beds downstairs and there were dirty towels piled in the floor in one of the bathrooms. This was particularly concerning since I had disregarded an earlier review from a previous guest that had experienced this same issue. I reached out to the owner and he responded immediately and apologized for the misunderstanding and told me where I could find Linens and towels. He did offer to refund my money if I wanted to cancel my stay but as it was already dark and the weekend of Halloween I knew that I did not want to go looking for another place to stay. The owner and I agreed that he would refund my cleaning fee since the home had not been cleaned prior to my arrival. I enjoyed my overnight stay despite the lack of dependable staff. I hope that in the future the owner is able to secure more reliable cleaning staff. Oh, one more note, there is a Keurig coffee maker, but no coffee pods, bring your own.

The price was right but the property wasn’t the nicest. The neighbor is not one you would leave your doors unlocked in but you do feel safe. The dining table benches had legs that were cracked plastic and looked ready to break all other seating was good. Beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. Air conditioning was good very comfortable. Electrical outlet in the living room that the tv was plugged into did not work but we found extension cords in the house and the tv worked.
