Aashiyana resort is a great place to stay. The food is awesome. The service is excellent. Location is quiet. There is enough parking place. The rooms are clean, big and facilities are excellent. Perfect place for new year celebration. Again wanted to thanks owner Narseen mam what was committed on booking right from food campfire barbeque night music...everything was well delivered.Overall, a decent and best place for a peaceful stay with family.

New Year Party
Visited for the first time for 2020 New Years and the way it was hosted was awesome. Everyone had a wonderful time and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Amazing host. Please keep up the good work and all the very best for your future.

Pathetic, Ridicules & Dirty
There is no 0 star option or else would have given that. We were 12 of us, checked in on 23rd August 2019. The villa wasn’t as good as it looked in the pictures. The rooms were not clean. There were no sheets on the beds. The pillow covers were dirty. The Pool had stones at the bottom and had extremely high quantity of chlorine. We got injured because of the stones in the pool. There was no basic crockery also for drinks. We had to nag a lot of times to arrange for it. There was leakage in the house in multiple areas. There were no toiletries and towels provided. The terrace was very dirty and unsafe to be standing at. There was absolutely no good view from the bungalow. There were Rats and lizards roaming in the house. Extremely fluctuating power supply which would automatically reduce the fan speed and the lights were blinking constantly. Ac was not working properly in any room. The bed had bed bucks or some other kind of insects. Lunch and breakfast was good but dinner was pathetic. So much so that we all fell sick after that. There was a foul smell in all the rooms and curtains and beds.
Don’t even think of going to this place. The owners didn’t provide any help for all the above crises.

Not value for money
Bungalow is in very good condition.but it's not at all value for money, they charge per person, but food provide is not
At all worth , vegetarian menu had a cabbage as vegetable no other option , non veg had only chicken that too very limited . Sweet was pathetic , owner was not available, manager had no decision making power , check-in checkout timings are very strict , one extension can cost you 10,000 bugs, only veg break fast with 2 items payhetics service had to wait for refills . Overall not value for money .

Grand location for "let your hair down" get togethers
Group of 24 in two Aashiyana villas had a grand and comfortable experience. First the properties are modern so electricity, mobile data, generator on standby, satellite TV channel reception all much appreciated. Location is excellent with quiet neighbours, secure gated community, easy access to NH4 and expressway and spectacular trekking in the foothills of Western Ghats minutes away. Finally the service from staff whether meals, snacks, hot tea and coffee, keeping place clean, controlling noise was superb. Facilities themselves specially swimming pool also are top class. Will be back.

Amazing Experience
It was a perfect getaway for our family. Owner of the property was very cooperative in understanding our needs and providing at the same time. Property is just amazing with perfect arrangements. Food was delicious and manager & other staff over there was very supportive. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit this place. We’re looking forward to experience their other villas soon.

Perfect weekend Bungalow
Beautiful place to be with family....Well maintained bungalows,beautiful lawn area,very good service provided by entire staff,yummy food ,sizzling hot Barbeque,camp fire .......Mountain treking sunset point .....Spent really gala time at Ashiyana ....The owner Mr and Mrs Rizwan were very down to earth and enthusiatic.Thank you

perfect holiday home

One of the best bungalows in lonavala
We went with a family of 16 persons for 2 nights. It was a very good e xperience and totally worth the money we spend.
1. Amazing food package
2. The lighting and seatings in the garden and lawn area is the highlight.
3. Barbeque and bonfire was very well arranged by the staff
It is definately one of the best budget bungalows in lonavala.
