This lower level studio apartment is only a seven minute drive to downtown Asheville. Owned and newly renovated by local artist Callie Warner, this place has so much charm you might not want to ever leave!
The studio has a full kitchen and the bathroom has a large, beautiful tiled shower. It's a queen size bed, and if needed there is an additional queen blow up mattress that can be brought out for you. Please contact me with any questions.
*There is an upstairs unit that is also rented out, we ask both tenants to be courteous to each other. If you have a larger party, please feel free to inquire about renting both units*
** PLEASE note that this is a very family friendly neighborhood that we take pride in and are always making acts to keep this a safe place. Speeding will NOT be tolerated.**

About the neighbourhood
The studio is located in North Asheville. The views are spectacular from the house. There is a beautiful lake which is easy to walk to in 10 minutes and if you desire a good walk there's a path that will take you around the entire lake and back to the house. That total distance is 4 miles. The back road to downtown is accessible and can take you to the river arts District, Biltmore, and downtown in an easy and quick fashion.
There is a city bus at the and of Cherry Lane that can take you to downtown. Huber is always available. You can park your car as close to the house house you need to. My house is located on a dead-end street and I am at the end. If you are coming to Asheville to hike and take in all the natural elements, a car is imperative. And if you are coming to Asheville to check out the breweries, it is easy to be here without a car.
