Asheville, North Carolina
Welcome to Abner's Cabin! Come stay with us at our quaint and charming 1928 cabin and enjoy some good old Southern Appalachian hospitality. Situated on two private acres less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

As its largest city, along with its central location in the southern Appalachian mountains, Asheville has become the nerve center of the area simply known as 'WNC' (Western North Carolina). The temperate climate enjoys four distinct seasons, with comfortable summers, mild winters, early spring and panoramic fall colors. The geographic features, combined with the climate, allows the area an abundance of outdoor activities fro...

This is indeed quaint. We used it as a central location to visit some high points in the area (Mt. Mitchell, Sassafras Mountain and Clingman's Dome) so the location was perfect. We found it easy to get downtown to Asheville quickly. I liked listening to the birds in the morning and we had nice relaxing moments on the back deck...
