The forward view is of a large Ohia forest. There is a large second floor lanai for your comfort. It is a short walk to Champagne Pond to enjoy a tranquil soak in natural geothermically heated water mix of salt and fresh water. We invite you to enjoy the privacy, comfort and large yard of our new home. The yard has lemons,limes,papaya,pineapple and coconuts growing. DON’T GO NOW: Volcano erupts, poison gas fills the air, roads blocked, no water

This house is in a very good location. It is near several parks with good snorkeling and hot pools, as well as not far from Volcano National Park. It is also downhill from Leilani Estates and on the same rift zone as the current lava...More

Incredible Big Island experience with tons of opportunity for relaxation & recreation nearby.

We absolutely loved the Kapoho Champagne Pond house. Beautifully appointed with all details thought of. Especially relaxed waking to Ohia forest birdsong, morning coffee on the upstairs lanai while enjoying the rising sun and ocean views. House can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family....More
