The home offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and Kohala Coastline from the back yard. Visitors enjoy the beautiful and ancient terrain of the most desirable side of the Big Island, where the weather is almost always sunny and temperatures normally range between 80 to 68 deg F every day.

About the neighbourhood
This is a village of homes originally built to house the employees of the iconic Mauna Kea Hotel, built by Lawrence Rockafeller. The village nestles on a hillside with a panoramic and close view of the ocean. The village is above Kawaihae Road, which provides very close access to more than three world-class beaches, and nearby great restaurants and fish market. There is a parking space for the house right next to it, and additional spaces for visitor parking. The homeowner's association maintains a park with picnic tables and a play area, also with a view of the ocean and plumeria trees.
