The holiday rental house 'Drei am Zemminsee' is situated on the southern shore of the lake Zemminsee. The house includes 3 separate flats / apartments. Each of them has the same ground plan. The flats are constructed on top of each other and located on the ground / first floor, on the upper / second floor and on the top floor / attic. The flat on the ground floor have about 75 sqm floor space. The flat has a 33 sqm combined room lake-side with sleeping, sitting and dining area, and a 20 sqm bedroom or children's room, a fitted kitchen for self-catering (with a hatch to the dining corner) and a bathroom. The property borders the lake and offers best conditions for water sports and swimming. The flat is suitable for people suffering from allergies and are non-smoker flats. Therefore it is not possible to bring pets to the accommodation. The flat is equipped with • 4 beds, as foldaway cupboard beds, 2 in the combined room and 2 in the bedroom or children's room, • panorama glazing in the lake-side combined room, • armchairs and coffee table in the living area, • dining area with a large table, • television (Astra satellite), • wardrobe / closet in the bedroom or children's room, • fitted kitchen with refrigerator including freezing compartment, 4 Ceran-hot plates, oven, microwave, exhauster hood, dish-washer, kitchen equipment, pots, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, • toilet, washbasin, shower, electric hairdryer, cupboard and towel racking in the bathroom, • curtains / drapes and window blinds, • coat rack in the corridor, • one set of bed linen and two towels per person are for free use, • WIFI-access point is free of charge, • by special agreement for example cot / baby bed (1,2 m x 0,6 m), baby's high chair. The outdoor area includes a lawn. There are garden tables and armchairs for free use. A barbecue area is set up near by the waterfront. A grill / broil is available. The annex can be used for parking of sports equipment. A sandbox is available for kids. All guests of the house have access to the pedal boat for free trips on the beautiful lakes of Brandenburg. Schwerin is situated in the state Brandenburg, between the German capital Berlin and the Spreewald, in the south direktion from Königs Wusterhausen. Neighboring town is Teupitz and the village Groß-Köris. The village Schwerin is located on the edge of the 590 sqkm wildlife park Dahme-Heideseen. Schwerin is almost completely surrounded by lakes. The lakes are parts of a chain that begins with the lake Teupitzer See, continues with the lake Zemminsee and stretches on to the river Dahme towards Berlin.
