The first part of the renovation already completed has been to renovate the interior of the main house. The design of the rooms has been conceived as if they were hotel rooms taking advantage of the large dimensions of the rooms of the original house. Three double bedrooms, a bedroom for 4 people and a bedroom for 3 people. Large beds, some rooms with terrace. Every room has bathroom. The rooms can accommodate 13 people with great comfort All rooms come together in a large room with a fireplace. The countryside and the beach can be enjoyed throughout the year and the house is designed with fireplace and heating. On the ground floor there are several rooms with different environments. The square defense tower, a large room with a fireplace and an incredible height. Two rooms share a second fireplace. A courtesy toilet. A large kitchen in which the original fireplace has been preserved and with a large table. In a more recently built wing there is a games room with billiards, and ping pong. An ideal playground. With a very large dimensions another living room has been formed. *** Tax on stays in tourist establishments NOT INCLUDED (€1 per day and person over 17 years, maximum 7 days). Tax subject to variation according to current regulations.There are a variety of services that can be contracted. Maid service, housekeeping and kitchen, babysitters, catering. All these services expandable according to the needs of each client. *** Following the general prevention and hygiene measures against COVID-19, we inform you of a series of changes that we apply to the property that you have rented. BATHROOMS For hygienic safety reasons when you arrive at the house you will find these details in the bathrooms: The brushes have been removed. The cleaning ladies have removed the shower curtains and left you a replacement curtain. This curtain has been washed and stored inside a plastic following the protection measures. For the same hygienic safety reasons, we have removed the medicine cabinets and hair dryers from all the homes. KITCHEN For safety reasons, all the usual products in a kitchen that were in started containers have been withdrawn. BEDROOMS The pillow protectors have been changed prior to your arrival.
