There is a second sitting area by the dining table. The kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast table and has access to the garden. On this floor there are two twin bedrooms. One with en suite shower room and another with a separate bathroom with a corner jacuzzi-bath close by. From one of these bedrooms stairs leads down to the utility room. The upper floor offers two twin bedrooms. One has access to its own terrace with great open panoramic views. From a hallway there is acces to another terrace with beatutiful views, to a separate shower room and to the second twin bedroom. The exterior is spacious, well kept. At the front of the house there is a charming lawned garden with Mediterranean plants and a small fish pond. The pool area and brick barbecue are at the back of the villa. From here you will enjoy lovely open views of the surroundings uncultivated areas with almond trees and the wonderful sea in the distance.
