Excellent!!
Such a wonderful apartment located in a great area! Supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance too which is very helpful. Always an uber around. Marcos is very friendly and welcoming, I'd absolutely recommend staying here. :)

Exceptional 2 Bedroom Apartment
Beach view with boardwalk and great restaurant within walking distance; small eateries nearby; nice balcony off livingroom & both bedrooms. The best beds & pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & clothes washer. Spacious livingroom, large smart TV. Great secured indoor parking in owner’s 1½ car garage.
Owner Marcos is very nice & helpful.

Perfectly located & top quality beach front apartment
The apartment was a perfect base for our group of 4 adults to enjoy our week in the Porto region. It has two good size double bedrooms each with well appointed bathrooms (even a decent hair dryer which is unusual for a rental). The living area is stylishly furnished and the kitchen/diner has everything that you need. Great views from the balconies. The use of a garage and 2 bikes is a bonus too.
Marcos is a very charming and helpful owner who went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We found it really useful that he had supplied little extras like soaps, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, loo rolls, kitchen towels and basic cooking supplies which you usually have to buy even though you will only use a small amount. The lovely bowl of fruit was a thoughtful welcome gesture too.
We found the S2 local bus service took us to a depot in Porto which was just a short walk from the river and very convenient for the main tourist activities. Alternatively the 902 takes you further in to the main town. Bus tickets cost about 7 euros for 4 people. We walked back across the bridge to the Vila Nova de Gaia side and a taxi back to the apartment cost 6-10 euros.
Quality bike rental is available very near to the apartment and it cost us 15 euros per bike for a half day rental - which in our case was actually a generous 6 hours!
Our favourite local beach bar was Maru's bar - friendly service with a good selection of beers, wines and tapas.

Super Appartement direkt am Strand gelegen entsprechend den Bildern. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hilfsbereit . Auch über die Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub .

Excellent apartment
The property is exactly as advertised. It is well equipped and the owner met us on time and welcomed us warmly with fruit and flowers; a nice touch. He was most helpful. The views from the balconies are lovely and we could literally have a view of the sea even from the bed. The apartment is lovely, comfortable, clean, well appointed throughout, spacious and enjoyable. The beds are simply wonderful. The access to the beach is easy and the walking/biking trail along the ocean is really enjoyable. We used very much the apartment bikes. There are many beach bars, pubs and restaurants around. We were delighted with the place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

A car, although recommended, is not indispensable. A bus stop with 2 lines and periodicity of 30 and 20 minutes is located immediately in front of the building.

The best and fast way to arrive is by taxi or UBER. There are 2 bus lines as well: STCP 902 and EspÃrito Santo 11, 13 and 15. the distance to airport is around 17Km and to train station is around 4 Km. taxi ride from airport would cost around 25€.
