Pros:
This property is in a great location to Bryce resort. The house has a nice newer kitchen with dishes and utensils included. The dining room table and counter stools were great for our larger party. Family room seating was newer and comfortable.
Cons:
The house was not very clean Bathroom floors were dirty. Some mattresses appeared to be very old and were not comfortable. Very firm master. Mattress covers needed to be cleaned, quite dirty. Bathrooms were very dated.
Property management was very nice and responsive.
For a short getaway this was a nice option.

Great Location and Stay
The house was great for our needs. We had four adults and two kids. The puzzle and game closet plus swings, tether ball, etc. was great for the kids.

Great house near Bryce Resort
We were 9 friends who spent the weekend golfing and biking at Bryce Resort. The house was great for us - spacious, clean, private. And the property management company was very easy to work with.

Excellent place for a family get-together over the winter break!
We absolutely loved our stay at Cloud 9! Everything was clean and welcoming, game closet was popular with the kids, plenty of rooms and beds for everybody, and kitchen was pretty well-stocked for cooking (missing a can opener though!) Kids enjoyed playing with the little bit of snow left on the decks and we did the snow tubing at the resort one day too (highly recommend!) Heads up that the driveway is a little steep and somewhat intimidating at first (at least to us non-mountain dwellers), but the rocks really help give traction so just don't hesitate and you are good to go. Great communication from everybody and super easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to be able to visit again one day!

Great and quiet getaway home
This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We enjoyed the house layout, multiple decks, in particular the covered deck was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and conversation, and its location close to Lake Laura for small hikes. The house comes with Wifi service, which we used, fully equipped with pots and pans, utensils plates etc. It's just a few miles from a convenience store for basic groceries, and less than an hour drive to a lot of locations within the VA/WV border.
