The location was great with quick access to Jay Peak. We had planned to cook all of our meals at the house, however the stove top had only two working burners and the stove itself did not heat to the correct temperature, definitely needs to be replaced.
The upstairs bathroom could use a better shower curtain other than the thin plastic one that blows onto you while showering due to the overhead fan. Otherwise, the house was great. Lots of space to spread out and relax.

This was a fantastic no frills spot for one or two families to stay on a ski holiday! Jay Peak truly couldn't have been closer (a 1 or 2 minute drive) and there was plenty of space for the kids and adults to spread out. We especially appreciated the easy 12pm checkout- that certainly made it easier to get out the door with kids and ski equipment in tow! Only small complaint was that we cooked most meals and the stovetop wasn't working properly (only 1 burner working). But other than that, it was a GREAT experience.

We gathered with family and friends from all over New England to celebrate the life of our cousin lost too soon. This location has been a annual trip for over 40 years for some. The house was one she herself stayed in a couple years ago. We loved the property, location and meaningful weekend.

We stayed in for a wedding in the area. We had 8 guests and the property suited us perfectly. Lots of rooms and comfortable. Good kitchen. Laundry facilities. Strong wifi. Looks like it would be perfect if you were skiing at Jay.

We were 8 (6 adults, 1 X 10 year old and a 13 year old teenager). Very nice property and very clean. Less than 5 minutes by car from Jeak Peak resort.The bedrooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage. Really appreciate the babyfoot and ping-pong tables! The living room on the 2nd floor is also great for teenagers! A great place for the whole family!

Our second time staying here. Everything you want in a place: clean, lots of activities (ping pong, foosball, etc), and it couldn't be any closer to the mountain and golf course.
Susan was very hospitable too.

We stayed at Susan’s property for an annual golf trip. Great house with lots of room. Great secluded location and close enough to Jay Peak and Newport for hiking and golf. Ping pong table and foosball were a big hit. Susan was a great host and we will stay here again.
