The main level master bedroom, with a comfortable king bed, easy and romantic gas fireplace, flat screen tv, an en-suite bath containing a separate shower and jetted tub, marble counters and lots of storage. Bedroom #2 is on the lounge level and has a king bed, flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 is upstairs and also has a king bed, and a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, with a en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #4 is also upstairs and has 2 twin beds and great lake views, flat screen TV, and an en-suite. The lounge has a queen sleeper sofa. The loft-landing upstairs has 2 twin pullout beds. Floor plan shows just one bathroom upstairs, but the home has since been remodeled to create 2 bathrooms upstairs. Each bedroom is en-suite. Park City is world renowned for skiing, but summertime activities also are plentiful, from boating, paddle boarding, fishing and whitewater rafting, to hiking and mountain-biking, or just kicking back, relaxing and watching the scenery and taking in an outdoor concert. This home is ideally situated. It is a 40 minute, mostly highway, drive from Salt Lake City International Airport. The back entrance to Deer Valley, the Jordanelle Gondola, is a 5 minute drive just across the highway. The front entrance of Park City Mountain Resort is 13 minutes (8.8 miles) away. Canyons Ski Resort is 15 miles away, an 18 minute drive. Park City is now the largest ski resort in North America with the newly finished connection between Park City and Canyons Resort, which is included as part of the Vail EpicPass system. For the non-skiers, or those that want to try the skeleton or bobsled or a challenging ropes course, Olympic Park is 14 miles away. For the cross-country skiers, or those wanting to try their skills on a biathlon course, Soldier’s Hollow is 14 miles away. These venues are where the Olympians train, and viewing is open to the public. For summer activities, Jordanelle State Park is less than one mile away for boating and paddle boarding. For great hikes and open forest, the entrance to the Uinta Wasatch-Cache National Forest is about 20 miles away. There are many outfitters for horseback riding as well as whitewater rafting and fishing. Check out Smiths Grocery Store Ski and Shop option. Combine with Canyon shuttle which lets you stop for the groceries on the way up. You can place your order beforehand and then when you arrive, simply stop by the Smiths on the way up the canyon and your groceries will be already scanned, bagged and ready to just pay and go.
