This home is fully furnished and includes 50' Big screen TV, Internet/Wi-fi and Cable TV. Nearby shopping includes Almeda and Baybrook malls and a shopping plaza with all the major store chains such as Wal-Mart, Ross and Marshalls as well as Starbucks and many international and local restaurants food chains. Short drive to Pasadena, Galveston, Clearlake, Webster, Pearland, Downtown, Medical Center and anywhere else near the surrounding Houston area. Guest access: Guest has privates access to the entire home. Door access code is provided when booking is confirmed. Other things to note: Property is ideal for large groups wanting to stay together. Another home is available right next door can also be booked at the same time. Please ask host for details. Also note, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies for your convenience. Maid/Cleaning service is not provided during your stay, however it can be added at an additional fee. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property limited to ONE (1) pet. Pet FEE is $10 per day plus an additional $60 cleaning fee due at the time of booking. Please indicate the type, breed and size of your pet at the time of booking. Breed Restrictions apply and is enforced. If you bring a pet onto property you are 100% responsible for cleaning up after it. Guest must leave the property free and clean of all pet odor and droppings. Additional charges that will apply if upon check-out and inspection the following issues are left behind: Droppings scooping - $20 Urine stains - $15 Excessive Odor - $50 Damages - charge per cost of repairs UNAUTHORIZED PETS: Should guests sneak a pet onto the property without informing the host, a $300 penalty, $60 additional cleaning fee plus the $10 per night fee covering your full reservation dates will be charged.
