Super family friendly house to entertain a large party of 12. Lg, open floor plan 4br/2.5ba house with enclosed sunroom & tree covered deck. Master down and 3 BR up with 2nd LR. Quiet neighborhood. Access the local park with playground, walking trails, pinic pavilion DIRECTLY behind the house. Community pool just a short drive away. Super convenient to 35, 45, 130, Mopac(1). Local shopping galore -- all within 3-10 min away. Downtown Austin is easy 20 min drive. NW Austin (Cedar Park & Leander) is about 10-15 away.

You have the entire house to yourself. We are available via phone, text or chat here. Very quick to respond. This is a self check-in house so no need for us to meet unless you would like that. All instructions, WiFi, recommendations, check-out are in the white 3-ring binder located in the kitchen.

About the neighbourhood
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house backs up to green space and a park (Kensington Trail) that you can access through the rear gate. There are a lot of conveniences located near by. Heading south on Greenlawn Blvd to IH 45, you'll have the Greenlawn Shopping Center. This location offers many amenities such as HEB Grocery store, Starbucks, KFC, Wendy's, Verizon Wireless, sushi, pho, etc. At the intersection of Gattis School Rd and A.W. Grimes Rd, you have Randalls (grocery store), Cafe Java, Wells Fargo, CVS, Little Caesar's Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts, Pizza Hut, Buffalo Wings and Rings, Popeye's, Starbucks, Postal Annex, Taco Bell, etc. Just a short walk away are convenience stores, pizza, liquor store, etc.
We highly recommend that you have a vehicle to get around. The house is close to public transportation, easy access to freeways, and plenty of car riding services, such as Uber, Lyft, Fasten, Wingz, GetMe, and InstaRyde. Zipcar and Car2Go operate in the area cities for car sharing services. There is plenty of parking at the house if you decide to drive. Please do not park in or block any neighbors. RUSH HOUR TIPS: If traveling to Austin during rush hour (7-9:30am & 4-7pm), I would highly recommend taking either the Mopac (FM 1) Expressway Toll or Tollway 130. Avoid I-35 at all costs as it is very accident prone due to it being a heavy tractor trailer route.
