Villa Corporate is a 2 Bedroom Suite Furnished Condo. Villa Corporate is a condo Hotel. Individual Central A/C and Heat for each suite.( No Building A/C). Open air suite entrance. No enclosed hallway. Full Kitchen. During COVID-19 period, Vill a Corporate block one day before and one day after guest check in and check out for maximum protection of our guest. We offer a clean and comfortable suite with one queen bed, two twin beds and one sofa bed in the living room. It is gated with surveillance cameras in the parking lot. Check in office open 10AM to 6 PM. Monday to Sunday. Picture ID and Visa Card is required for check-in. No after hour check in. We are centrally located at the SW of City of Houston. Please kindly leave the dirty towels, pillow cases and bed sheets in the bath tub. No children playground on premises. It is the guests' /tenants' full responsibility to supervise the children at all time. Children are not allowed to play at parking lot or common area. No pet.
