This house was adorable! It was just enough room for our little girls trip and the perfect location for many local spots. This property would be perfect for small family get togethers (larger ones once the other building is all finished). The backyard is well kept and spacious and the outdoor kitchen is so convenient. Lee Ann was a fantastic host who was very responsive! We loved staying here and will definitely do so again!

Unlike some short term rentals this house feels like a home. The attention to detail is excellent. The cleanliness is obvious. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Another very nice aspect to this home is that we had control of the temperature. A very much appreciated bonus. The communication with management/owner was pleasant and prompt.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful cottage. It was very comfortable and the yard out back was an oasis for us to relax in. The amenities provided were exceptional and greatly appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

We were so pleased with this property!
It felt like home, as soon as we walked thru the door. This home and property, has so much to offer for a truly relaxed vacation. The hot tub was the “icing on the cake”!!! The start to a truly restful night.
The host(hostess) was in contact with us each day, to address any needs (there were none).

This home was by far the most beautiful place we have stayed. Our host Lee Ann was very accommodating, and prompt with all communication. The home is exactly how it looks in the pictures but so much better. Very very clean, and we were so pleased with that. The hot tub was a huge plus!
Looking forward to our next stay for sure.

Perfect Dripping Springs Experience
My family loved staying at the Betty Jo. The house was beautiful and had everything we could need. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play and explore. Close proximity for walking to Mercer street for window shopping and coffee shop ❤️
