Hot tub was very clean, beds were comfortable, house was very clean, trash was left out on porch but they picked up the next morning. We had no complaints about this beautiful place. Meet the neighbors who was super nice. We seen bears bears and more bears in and outside the park. Make sure to take your own condiments for cooking.

My family of four had a fantastic time at the Twin...
My family of four had a fantastic time at the Twin Cub Lodge for a week. The rental was clean and everything worked as expected. It was well appointed, with everything we needed. The kids loved the tub. The horse neighbors were a nice touch. Lightning bugs were really cool. Mimosa trees lined the property. No steep grades and the place is in a great location in Townsend.
Note that the listing says no cable, only streaming. While not a problem for us, it could be for others. Also, it appears as though the cabin next door is for sale. While no one was there during our stay, it may sell... Were it occupied, this would have put a definite damper on things, and a feeling of being watched. A privacy wall or hedgerow will be badly needed once it sells.

Previous tenant’s garbage left on front porch two days despite repeated communication with property managers. Dead bugs in window sills. Great cabin. Just not managed very well. Promised a $200 refund that never happened.

We drove a distance from Delaware and check in was a breeze. We received a text with our check in info and just like that it was taken care of. The cabin was beautiful! The hot tub was relaxing and the beds were beyond comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and definitely give the cabin and our stay 5⭐️!!!

The property was nice - clean, nicely decorated, a little way out for us but very manageable to get to Pigeon Forge and fun! Only problem we had was getting into the house. Instructions said turn lock to right and after we called service we realized we needed to turn to left to open. The front door lock was difficult every time but we got in.

The location is great and the cabin is well appointed. There was plenty of room for our family. My only complaint was the master is on the upper level with other bedrooms downstairs which wasn't ideal with small kids.
