Sunny back balcony is great for breakfasts  & lunches - also has electric barbecue
Not one, but two sitting rooms - both with TVs.  Relax, watch TV,  read, play games, solve puzzles.
Front bedroom with outlook to garden has comfy queen bed, ceiling fan and huge wardrobe space.
Everything you'll need in this fantastic kitchen, for a long or short stay! Also European laundry.
Comfortable leather lounge suite and dining area opening to back balcony has views.
Lovely verandahs where you can catch  some sunshine or shade.
Bedroom 3 has queen bed and opens onto balcony. Has own en-suite bathroom  .
Time to sit back and relax in Valley View Cottage with a glass of local wine.
Middle bedroom has two very comfortable king single beds & loads of wardrobe space.

You'll possibly hear some frogs, or even some cows!
We always try to provide some fresh flowers from the garden for inside the cottage.
There's some beautiful walking tracks in nearby areas.
Waterfall approached by easy walking track in rainforest.only a short drive.
Old trestle railway bridge near Noojee.  Well worth visting and walking across.
There's great scenery all around the area and with Warragul as a base you can visit many places.
Ferns, forest, mountains - there's lots to see and visit when you stay at Valley View Cottage

Booked this neat little place for our family wedding nearby. Was nice and warm for us Qeenslanders, especially in winter! Central heating made all the difference. Nice set up with everything you needed. Gorgeous cottage, would definitely recommend for a stay!
